I enjoyed every moment of my stay at this beautiful lodge/farm, everything from discussions with the kind, hospitable staff to falling asleep and waking to the sounds of the forest.

Maskani Wasi is a recently renovated campground in Lago Agrio, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This campground offers a shared lounge. This is a great place to stay if you are passing by either traveling from or to Colombia or visiting the ecuadorian Amazon. It is super clean, comfortable, surrounded by nature and the hosts are simply amazing humans. They have a wonderful project, genuinely caring for nature and the community and children around. To top it all, they serve a delicious breakfast which varies every day, using fresh ingredients from the garden and if you're lucky the monkeys might come and greet you as well. I will definitely go back to this place if I ever get the chance to visit again !

Arrayan y Piedra features a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Macas. What a wonderful experience this first visit with Arrayan y Piedra was for myself, husband and close friends. We were very impressed with the room as it was large and the king bed was very comfortable. We had a small back porch with comfortable seating. Our stay was during a time when we had very poor visibility due to forest fire smoke. The grounds were absolutely stunning. The dining hall was also wonderful and the food was really good. The wait staff were very attentive and super willing to try to meet our desires.

Quiet street just outside of town. Beautiful yard, fruit trees, birds and flowers everywhere. Hosts are absolutely amazing people and super accommodating to anything needed or wanted. They even went and got dinner for us since we got in so late and didn't know where to go that was still open!!!
