Spacious room with a sitting area and appliances to make tea/coffee and heat up meals. Plates, cutlery, tea, coffee and hot chocolate bags, milk in the fridge. Comfy bed with very comfortable pillows. Very good bathroom with a big shower, toiletries, hair dryer, and even scales :) Very friendly and helpful personnel! Blackout curtains. We have enjoyed our stay here. I would stay again.

Very Comfortable Granny Flat is located in Yass. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation is roomy, single storey, easy to access and very clean. We appreciated the extra supplies including fresh cherries and a chocolate each, as well as light breakfast supplies. We enjoyed dinner in the little courtyard. The place is roomy with a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet. The bathroom was a good size and included a washer/dryer. The shower was fine, with plenty of hot water. We felt very comfortable and safe. We briefly met the friendly owners and their gorgeous dog. The car park is right by the door making unpacking easy.
