Fresh bakery products can be ordered the evening before and delivered each morning. 10 minutes drive down to a well-stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to a superb restaurant. Many activities in the area such as cycling, hiking, boat trips, swimming (included in the rental price was a 'Karnten Card' which gave free admission to lots of activities including the local cable car a saving of more than €30 each time!). Fabulous.

We had great time in Waldvilla. Peaceful location with great panoramic view from apartment of Lake Ossiach The apartment is spacious and modernly decorated as described. Our hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. Everything was perfect.

Great host, very nice location with view on the lake. Few minites away from the slopes - excellent location for skiers. Welness spa was a more then welcome when back from a daysskiing

Beautiful building with lovely views over the lake. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and looked after us super well. The stand out element is the quality of the food - the restaurant is exceptional - definitely the best cuisine in the area by a country mile.

The spacious, traditionally furnished apartments feature a bedroom, a living room with cable TV and a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can buy ski passes. Everything was perfect, the apartment, the breakfast, the location… And the kids loved it.

Aparthotel stoji na čudoviti lokaciji ob Osojskem jezeru (Ossiachersee) in ponuja brezplačen brezžični internet ter apartmaje, opremljene z iPadom in z 2 LCD-televizorjema. Very beautiful and peaceful location near the lake. Our room was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Staff was very kind and helpful. We liked the underground parking garage and card access to all facilities. Pool area was also nice and clean as well as sauna which has relax room just next to the lake.

Nice spacious property in a quiet area near the lake. Ours was a large room with balcony and modern bathroom. Loads of wardrobe & shelves for our things plus a table & two chairs. Very nice lady ran the property, was attentive, helpful & friendly. Free tea & coffee which is a very nice touch. Large breakfast room serving an ample & varied breakfast which was very tasty indeed. We arrived by motorcycle and there is safe parking under cover in the driveway. Easily walkable to local restaurants & the lake.
