They treated us with such respect, no matter the question. They were all so helpful. I also loved the minimalist decor. Very stylish. I appreciated the uncarpeted floors in the room as well. The location, so close to many of the attractions, was outstanding! Convenient shuttle bus service made getting around to the places outside of walking distance very easy.MMonicaYoung couple

The housekeeper Molina was nice & respectful. Across the street is Gaylord where I was booked by our corporate for the regional meeting (American Renal Associates). The maid service was good. The shop, cafe, and bar staff that we interacted with were nice. They were out of the scotch on their menu and they informed us, provided an alternative but did not provide the price. The carpet in the bar area is filthy! We mentioned this to a manager and he indicated they were going to remodel. News flash, you are still serving customers who are expecting a clean resort.
