The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to see turkey bacon or sausage once or twice during my stay. Everybody doesn't eat pork.

Good location, great breakfast, comfortable bed, all the basics for an enjoyable stay were met. They had a nice little work out room and good reading area in the lobby, two sofas with fireplace. I also liked the chocolate chip cookies given at the front desk.

The staff were exceptional! Each person we interacted with was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. They treated us with such respect, no matter the question. They were all so helpful.
I also loved the minimalist decor. Very stylish. I appreciated the uncarpeted floors in the room as well.
The location, so close to many of the attractions, was outstanding! Convenient shuttle bus service made getting around to the places outside of walking distance very easy.
it is pet friendly. I like that we got studio type & was comfortable. The housekeeper Molina was nice & respectful. Across the street is Gaylord where I was booked by our corporate for the regional meeting (American Renal Associates). Overall, I had an amazing experience on both work & leisure.
The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff and willingness to respond to guestions. The price of our room was outstanding when compared to the value of other competition.
The bed was comfortable. Pillows were actually pretty nice for hotel pillows. The view was nice. The maid service was good. The shop, cafe, and bar staff that we interacted with were nice. They were out of the scotch on their menu and they informed us, provided an alternative but did not provide the price. The carpet in the bar area is filthy! We mentioned this to a manager and he indicated they were going to remodel. News flash, you are still serving customers who are expecting a clean resort.
