There was a lift which made accessibility easier with our luggage and kids. The hot water was amazing though we couldn't locate the soap until we opened the laundry shelf. Linen was clean and fresh. The house was well aerated and huge balconies.Wifi was working and smart TV was a good thing too for the kids. There was a washing machine though we dint use much of it. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a decent place to stay in Voi.Kudos!!
