Great location and hotel. Perfect for the station, city center and football. A 24 hour resident bar and free pool went down well. For the price it cost, we were impressed.

Sandiacre fish and chips good quality and reasonable within 5 minutes very handy. There was also electric chargingcourside each door should you need it.All in all a perfect room for pur 1 night stay.
It’s a very grand hall that’s a bit rough around the edges, so it feels very comfortable. The rooms are large and well appointed. The grounds are fabulous to walk around and the whole place is very dog friendly. The staff went out of their way to make our Christmas stay very special
Loved the location. Room was excellent and facilities provided like a microwave and fridge. Parking right outside the door perfect. Pet friendly. Self check in ideal. Thank you.
Great location for me. Convenient for seeing friends in Ilkeston, Stanton by Dale etc.. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Good sized room. Bed was comfortable. Space for dog plus treats. Amazing grounds for dog walking. Quiet. Reasonable price. Decent dog friendly pub in 5 mins walk and lots of footpaths. I came by car but the hotel is on a main road with an excellent bus service. I will stay again. As a lone traveller this is an excellent place. Everyone I met was wonderful.
Lovely location and good use of an old building. Comfortable, but quirky large bedroom in the Manor House, although I wish I’d booked a double bed, as the single beds (twin room) were very narrow. Dog friendly. Friendly, helpful staff.
