The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. The apartment is cosy, spacious, clean, comfortable and very safe. Modern, new and high tech facilities. Complete with all the basic amenities for a very cosy stay during a very cold winter spell. Location is great, easy access to local attractions, old town as well as the viewpoint. Highly recommended and value for money. Will definitely return if visiting Bilbao again.

Great access to the Guggenheim museum which was the main reason for choosing the property. Super friendly and helpful staff and and a terrific buffet breakfast really enjoyed by our two boys. Lovely bar to have a relaxing drink after visiting Bilbao. Very professional.
