The hotel is very well run with friendly and excellent staff. Throughout my staff the staff were extraordinarily helpful and polite. I travel a lot in Brazil and the staff were on par with the staff ive encountered in places like Fasano or Hyatt in my opinion. The breakfast was very good. The view from my room was a nice surprise. The room itself is spacious. Bed was comfortable. City centre location, priced very well. I find a lot of Brazilian hotels to be hit and miss especially outside of the Popular tourist cities but this hotel was truly excellent. You can see the owners care and look after the place
