A clean and cozy villa with a nice interior and a great view. Check-in was quick and easy thanks to clear instructions. The villa had everything we needed: dishes, barbecue tools, and good Wi-Fi. We stayed with our three children in the three bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious, comfortable, warm and clean. It was in the same building with the spa center and the main restaurant where the breakfast (very rich) was served. The thing that we liked most of all were the two outside heated swimming pools: it was such a pleasure to stay in a hot water with the snow around you. Once it was snowing just over our heads while we were swimming, and it was a unique and fantastic experience. The staff was always very helpful and polite. Will be back for sure!
