    Location, facility, parking. We loved the covered mineral water pool right next to shared kitchen. Big balcony with a lot of furniture to relax. Vili, the host, is super helpful and responsive. Breakfast is delicious. It is close to a lot of nice trails for daily hikes,as well as Beklemeto, Troyan monastery.

    Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great for making short or long hikes in the area. We also had a baby cot in the room which was helpful.

    The breakfast was excelent , location was incredible with forest all over ... spa is excelent , service is wonderfull , friendly staff and very helpfull , food is great , large room with balcony , incredible scenery from the balcony with all the valey and the forest , everyting was great !

    We recommend this property 10/10!!! Excellent Staff.The room was clean.Spa facilities were great and we tried all of them. I liked the post-dinner use of the outdoor pool😁 As well as the food was decent too with few exceptions.Location is beyond perfect and also close to spectacular locations.The pool was 11/10

    The breakfast was tasty, I enjoyed having some of my favorite Bulgarian breakfast and dinner items. The music choice for meals was interesting to say the least. The stray dogs outside the hotel were very nice and loved to be petted. The view was spectacular from the hot springs. Nearby are some really nice locations to visit. Signs around the property said that you were not allowed to bring outside food and drink onto the property but we were never hassled when we drank our own Rakia at the pool.
