I got an upgrade to a suite room and really loved it. The room is nice and clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was delicious too with many options ! All the staff is genuinely kind and attentive. Highly recommend! I will definitely go back.

This hotel was my favourite during my 10 day trip to Vietnam. The hotel/room was beautiful and clean. The location is perfect. And the staff are extremely kind, welcoming and hospitable. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Hanoi.

Loved that it was open at 12am for checking in when we arrived from Sapa and the staff were super helpful! Even though it is situated on the beer street and there was loud music, we were on the 4th floor so we could hardly hear anything. We slept peacefully and it was super clean and nice!

The staff were all super kind and helpful. The decoration was incredible. The location can’t be better, we already have been in another hotel in the old city and this location is much better. The breaksfast had a lot of variety, and everything was super fresh and delicious. We absolutely recommend it.
