My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. Firstly, the staffs were very accommodating especially Andrew, Liza, Michael and another guy (forgot the name). The place is cozy and has the best location. Very near at all places in the old quarter. Walking distance and easy to book grab.. They also booked the aiport transpo for us. Responds via message quickly. They are good in english too!
