Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown features accommodation in Milwaukee near Marcus Center and Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. This place exceeded all expectations, the service was great the room comfortable and close to riverfront, and the free dinner and drinks were a very present unexpected surprise

Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge... The service and the people were absolutely amazing , I can say say without a doubt that was the best customer service we have ever received !!!!!!! But I would like to point out 3 people that just blew my mind and they went above and beyond unfortunate I don’t remember their names . I was a beautiful african American lady at the service desk and two Hispanic gentlemen , one that helped us with the suitcases and the other with our vehicle . I am German and American service has always been a bit superficial to me but these three people were so sincere in their service and friendliness it was just absolutely amazing . Please extend my deepest gratitude and thank u for being a part in our vacation .

Loved the serenity of the lobby, seating area by the fireplaces, spaciousness of the breakfast room, the accommodations, the pool and hot tub area - all to perfection including the personalized note from your staff. Made us feel oh so welcome. You were most accommodating and feel blessed to have stayed in your establishment. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and variety of the menu.
