Location is perfect as it is nestled along the main street. We could walk to most places easily. We took the LIRR and took an Uber to 1708; we got Ubers almost immediately. The property is extremely charming and so lovely; it is like stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to take a break after the hustle and bustle of NYC. We stayed in the cottage and were very happy with the amenities within it. Breakfast is amazing; John is so cheerful and friendly and his food is incredible! Great start to our days. The kitchen is also open to guests so we were able to get drinks and snacks even after hours. That is a great convenience to us as well. I would highly recommend 1708 to anyone visiting Southampton for the first time.

Amazing location, super quick walk to the beach! All the rooms have balconies with seating that looks out on the water. Very lovely all around. The kitchens has everything you will need - full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc. There is also a large lawn with tons of grills, picnics tables, chairs, umbrellas, and cornhole. The owners were fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. No complaints!

Private estate apartment., een accommodatie met een tuin, is gelegen in Glen Head, op 23 km van Belmont Park Race Track, 26 km van Citi Field, en 29 km van Arthur Ashe Stadium. The location is wonderful as were the amenities. It was perfect for three adults and two small children. The owners were extremely friendly and accomodating.

Modern and spacious villa close to NYC/Brooklyn/Queens/Garden City is gelegen in Westbury, op 17 km van Belmont Park Race Track, 20 km van Jones Beach en 20 km van Nikon Theater, en biedt accommodatie... The host (Nick) was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The fenced backyard was a plus and the villa was very clean.
