It’s was a great decision to chose this hotel. Fancy rooms and reception , tasty food, pleasant staff, great view from the rooms, very clean. My recommendation !!!

Comfortable bed, furniture, nice bathroom and good sound isolation. Very friendly stuff. Good ski room, lobby, restaurant, Mountain View. Clean water that you can drink in the tap.

Modern, very clean, cozy, comfortable, nice place. Very nice staff. Amazing breakfasts, which included delicious Carpathian cuisine. Beautiful mountain view.

Set in Bukovel, 30 km from Waterfall Probiy, Phoenix Relax Park offers accommodation with ski-to-door access, free private parking, an infinity pool and a garden. everything was at the high level, service, breakfasts, restaurant. I especially liked our house, it had all modern equipment, an incredible view of the mountains from the window. The territory of the complex is very beautiful.

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast and lunch included was delicious and more than enough. We also had dinner twice in the restaurant. Both times the food was fantastic. The spa and saunas were wonderful. So glad they opened the outdoor pool for us. It was quite the experience to swim outside as the snow is falling around you. And the outdoor jacuzzi at night, with the city lights all around you, in a snowstorm… that is a memory we will have with us for a long time!
