Terletak 6.1km dari Rufiji Mafia Kilwa Marine Reserve, Mafia Island Bungalows mempunyai penginapan dengan taman, teres dan dapur berkongsi untuk kemudahan anda. excellent accommodation in utende village. the staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. the rooms are beautifully done, breakfast is fresh, delicious and more than enough. the dinner for 12$ is reasonably priced, you get a starter, a main and drinks and it‘s delicious. keep in mind that you‘re staying in the village and not on the beach. they lend you bicycles for the 5 minute ride and the drive is really nice. if i ever return to mafia i‘d stay there again. asante tena:)

Location is great, rooms are clean, modern and with all the amenities you might need. The pool was a great addition. Staff is extremely friendly and the dive quipment is brand new! Can't reccomend dive planet enough!

Mgeni Homestay was the best value accomodation that we've stayed in during our African travels. While the building itself is basic the rooms have everything you need: comfortable bed and pillows, mosquito net, ceiling fan, somewhere to sit that isn't the bed and places to hang your drying towels (and clothes if you've done some handwashing). Aly was also very helpful at organising excursions and taxis for us, while Bunda cooked fresh, delicious and generous meals (including a good amount of vegetables, which can be hard to come by). The homestay is close enough to the airport that you can walk there if you have packs (not ok for wheelie suitcases) and don't mind a hot walk. The ATMs are also a short walk further than the airport so they are also accessible. We appreciated our stay so much that we returned for second stay before leaving the island.

Featuring free bikes and a garden, Meremeta Lodge is situated in Utende, less than 15 minutes cycle from Mafia Island Diving. Free WiFi is offered. It was like staying in a cozy, private village. Meremeta, Suma and all of the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were dedicated to making our stay in Mafia the best possible and always available for anything we needed.

Breakfast was very nice professionally prepared, really wide variety of menu options. Dinner even better the Lobster was world class. The facility was exceptionally clean. The housekeeping staff were polite and professional. Owner was visible, vocal and vibrantly engaged in the business. Excellent value, we plan on returning on a regular basis.

Set a few steps from Big Blu Mafia Island Diving Center in Utende, Butiama Marine Camp welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. Free private parking is available on site. We liked everything. We booked tents. It was better than we expected. we had normal and clean beds, the washroom was near to the tent and very clear, cleaned regularly. The food was very good, and it has reasonable price.
