Beautiful hotel, rooms and surrounding scenery. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Arranged for champagne and flowers at my request and reached out closer to the date to confirm. Big shout out to Maria for all her help!! Staff were great as well as the food. Thank you for making our first stay in Zakopane so memorable! Cheers from some very happy canucks!

Situated in the centre of Kraków, Old Market Residence is a recently renovated accommodation, which features allergy-free rooms. The property features city and quiet street views, and is 500 metres from St. Florian's Gate. The aparthotel has family rooms. This well-renovated property allowed for a comfortable stay just a few blocks from the main train station in one direction and the Old Town in the other. The location was quiet, safe, and perfect for our whirlwind days in Krakow. We appreciated the modern furnishings, high-functioning AC, and the spotless, spacious bathroom. There are nearby cafes and restaurants for a quick early breakfast if you don't want to wait for the restaurant next door to open. Perfect for small families or for couples wanting a quieter getaway! While it wasn't a problem for us, just be aware that there is no lift/elevator in the building.
