The owners are very accommodating. Big shout out to Mr. Raj and Madame Minerva! During the stormy night, Mr. Raj cooked a nice meal for me for free just because they're concerned that I won't be able to go out for dinner due to the storm. They even lent me a torch and an electric kettle so that I won't go out to the open kitchen area for hot water. Words cannot express how homey this place is. Some can argue that it's not the place, it's the community. In this case, the owners. Will definitely go back here.

The property is clean, well kept and staff so friendly. Stayed with them 5 days now but planning to stay a bit more for vacay near my friends and some relatives. Some days water for toilet bowl are too slow but overall experience is great. Buses to Baguio , to Manila is 24/7 which makes our transportation easier, cause we don’t have car here in the Philippines. Lots of restaurant to choose from McDonald, Jollibee, coffee goer, seafood restaurant of which they cook seafood for you , 711 and many more. I could asked for more for that value. I definitely endorse midpoint hotel 10/10.

Comprising a private beach area and a garden, EspIliNorte, Stay and Play is a recently renovated accommodation in San Juan set close to San Juan Beach. From the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. Edgar welcomed us with a big smile and provided helpful details for the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything we needed (and more) was inside the house. The garden area around the house is beautiful, lots of relaxing places to sit and unwind. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be returning!

Staff were very accommodating and helpful with all our requests, food were delivered to us despite staying at 4th floor, we also had an assist for carrying multiple luggages to our room. My husband and I loved the dipping pool, absolutely enjoyed the view. Great advantage on the internet connection (200 mbps for the upload and 150 for DL) which allowed me to do my remote work while on a vacay.
