Hotel de Sterrenberg is located 450 metres from the entrance of the Hoge Veluwe National Park. It has an indoor swimming pool and fitness free to use for all hotel guests. Excellent staff. Always friendly and helpful! Wonderful spa. Great restaurant. Location itself and area around it is gorgeous.

You’ll have your own private spacious 2nd floor apartment, thoughtfully laid out with three separate areas — bathroom, kitchen/dining and the bedroom suite. Right off the bedroom is a large deck perfect for relaxing and watching the sun set over the Otterlo countryside. The aesthetics of the apartment’s design look straight out of a magazine. There is a narrow spiral staircase to navigate. The Spar grocery store is across the street and around the corner and offers up anything you need. A bakery is next door just steps away. There are several restaurants within walking distance and an adorable “farm” ice cream stand across the road. Two different bicycle rental shops give you no excuse not to explore this area on two wheels. In other words, the location is perfect. Bianca and Carel were excellent hosts and Bianca always got back immediately with answers to questions. We absolutely loved our stay here!

We loved the cottage, it was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was a great host, she was easy to communicate with and gave us lots of ideas for restaurants, places to visit. The location was perfect for visiting the Kroller Muller Museum. Everything was just perfect. The space, comfort, location, greetings by chickens and dog. If the weather is nice then it's a cherry on top.
