Great location next to Midvalley mall and easy access to other areas in JB. Elevators worked well, with short waits (unlike KSL apartments). The apartment was just as pictured in the listing. It was clean and we appreciated the fridge, microwave, washer with drying rack, and hot/lukewarm water dispenser. Our clothes dried on the drying rack within the day! (We moved the rack into the living room, under the fan. There were enough plates, cups, and silverware for our light use. There was also handwash soap at every sink. The shampoo and body wash liquid were not the best quality, so if you are picky, bring your own. The water heater heats up fast. We appreciated the baby equipment: high chair with tray, pack and play. The fan always turns on on high, so use the remote to lower it (remote missing from the larger room, we just used the remote from the living room to adjust it). The AC worked well and was cold. The hairdryer worked fine. As for the building, my husband reported that the pool and gym were very nice, but the kids play area was lacking. Mandy provided detailed instructions for key access at check in. Walk over to the kopitiam (casual eatery) next door for local cuisines and drinks!

The cleanineness and utilities rendered were beyond my expectations. The instructions provided were clear, and the host is very helpful and friendly. The amenities nearby were easily accessible and the food was good with a large variety of choices. The whole experience in the stay was very good and comfortable.

Located in Johor Bahru, Seaview condo near RF Mall, Food Court & Free Netflix provides accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. We stayed there for 4 days 3 nites, That was a great stayed! The Condo is very nice, comfortable, clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The owner also provide washing machine, vacuum and other basic facilities. I highly recommended for those whose want to come with families or friends. I also want to highlight about the security guard at the main entrance gate, credit to them... they all very helpful & friendly. i will sure comeback to stay here. And hopefully they can maintain the quality of the service. Well Done Owner & The Team!

Ens va recollir a l’estació d’autobusos, ens va portar a sopar i a les 6 del mati ens va acompanyar a l’estació de ferry per agafar el barco a les illes Tioman. Recomano molt l’allotjament.
