It was extremely convenient as far as location. Everything is a short walk along the train tracks. The view is amazing and seeing the train pass through the valley is surreal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with good English skills that made communication easy. Our room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable retreat after exploring. The bathroom was nice with a pleasant shower, though the water pressure could have been a bit stronger.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the place. It was an incredible experience! We loved everything about the place. The view from the room was just incredible.. You can see beautiful clear sky during the night full of stars - so magical! Big balcony overlooking mountains. The sound of nature was so calming. The room itself was really clean, tidy, cozy and truly felt like home. Very spacious bathroom. Loved the decor. Breakfast was delicious with the view of the mountains. Perfect location - 10 min walk to the main street or 5 min by tuk tuk. Would recommend this place, it was the best stay from all of the places we’ve been in Sri Lanka.
