The hosts were very lovely and welcoming, providing an annotated map of notable spots around town. Accommodation is very spacious for a single traveller. Lots of Detective Conan goods displayed as well as the hosts' handmade washi/cloth lamps. Rooms and facilities clean and well maintained. Location is convenient as Detective Conan tourist spots, convenience store and dining options are all accessible by foot. Hosts went above and beyond with their service, including a free optional tea class with sensei as well as transport back to the station at the end of the stay. Thank you for the sweet potatoes for the trip back!

Offering quiet street views, ゲストハウスわかばGuestHouse WAKABA in Iwami is an accommodation set in Iwamicho, 34 km from Daijoji Temple and 2.9 km from Ajiro-kō. Absolutely recommended. Yokota-san was a lovely host, the house was very pretty and the room was big and comfortable. It's a 2 minutes walk to Uradome coast, so a great spot for sightseeing (even though bicicle renting is super recommended to visit around).

Situated in Yazu in the Tottori region, Fam has a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The guest house features a flat-screen TV. One of the best places we have visited in Japan. Truly amazing and a unique location. Fantastic BBQ and cold beer on a hot day with a very kind host. Thank you so much!!
