Very large room and very clean facility. Private onsen for exclusive use. Free entry tickets for other few onsens around. Hachi offered free drop of after checkout to station and nearby restaurant door our lunch. He was seen Very enthusiastic to capture different pictures of ours. Al ways recommended in Japan, a life time experience in Kinosaki-onsen. Forgot to mention a warm tea making ceremony by his mom on checkin!!

Everything was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. They really went beyond! Stayed in the single room, it was minimal and clean, with all needed. Was able to use the sauna and onsen, at no extra charge. The location is amazing, with an amazing view. The terrace view is breathtaking! However a little outside of town, so might be hard to get access to without a car/bicycle. The shared bathroom was extra clean, and the onsen was amazing, with several free amenities. If you're travelling alone, the single room is a great option!

Really thanks for his help. Both the dinner and breakfast are great and taste delicious. Thanks the professional cook for preparing such delicious meals.
