Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in in Japan, this one is by far the best. The room is very clean and fragrant, and has complete amenities in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It even has a washing machine that is easy to use. I also love the balcony - it has a great view of the train station. The staff are really nice. They communicate and respond well to questions. They even offered me extra bottled water when I requested for more. One of them also helped me with my luggage delivery even though he was on his break. The hotel is in a perfect location, just beside the bus/train station. There’s a FamilyMart nearby and everything is a short walking distance away. I really got my money’s worth. I would definitely stay here again! I had a lovely time.

Just a 2-minute walk from Takayama Station, Oyado Koto No Yume offers Japanese-style rooms with a colourful touch. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal just a few mins walk from station. For those planning to go shirakawago i would highly recommend to spend at least 1 night in Takayama.

Ubytovanie 馬籠ふるさと学校 Magome Furusato Gakkou sa nachádza v destinácii Nakatsugawa menej ako 1 km od miesta Toson Memorial Museum. Plenty of space in the Grade 5 room. Kitchen well equipped so we could prepare our food.

Ubytovanie Iroriyado Hidaya sa nachádza v destinácii Takayama 18 min. -staff was so kind and welcoming. Spent time with us to explain nearby areas and restaurants, spent time with my daughters to try on kimonos. Everyone was so kind and amazing. -Room was awesome and spacious. We had 2 children (age 11 and 8), 2 adults. We enjoyed the room and space. -Bedding (futon, comforter, pillows) was high end quality. Excellent comfort and clean. -Yukata robes in the room for each person to wear to onsen and in the house -Japanese breakfast was delicious ! We had 2 breakfasts, the menu was different each morning. -Hotel is not in the downtown area but we liked that. We enjoyed being away in a quiet area and the walk was not bad. Taking taxi was also easy and cost about 1,000 yen each way. -Onsen was very nice, and private. Super clean and so enjoyable to relax after a full day out. We stayed for two nights and while it cost more than other hotels, it was well worth it. Everything was superb. The selection of beautiful kimonos were amazing; I ended up buying 2 (one for my daughter, one for me). We can’t wait to go back and visit the staff, and experience the quietness of Takayama.

Ubytovanie 時のホテル sa nachádza v destinácii Toki. Ubytovanie sa nachádza 41 km od miesta Oasis 21, 42 km od miesta Štadión Toyota a 43 km od miesta Hrad Nagoya. Everything was great. I'd absolutely stay here again and again. The staff was not fluent in English but they were very helpful and used a translating app to speak to us. The room was clean, breakfast was great, the sauna and hot springs (2 large bath tubs) were amazing as well. 5 Stars.

The futon bed was a nice experience and very comfortable. The host was very helpful, and drove us to the apartment. Located a few minutes walk from the shrine.

Ubytovanie Guesthouse SHIGI sa nachádza v destinácii Nakatsugawa 46 km od miesta Gero Station a hostia tu majú k dispozícii záhradu, bezplatné súkromné parkovisko a spoločenskú miestnosť. We chose this property for its convenient access to Tsukechi and Yumori. Sakashita and the property are located near the main road, making it easy to find. Although we initially reserved one room, we were pleasantly surprised to have access to the entire house. It’s a lovely traditional home—old yet well-maintained. The host was wonderful and incredibly friendly. Overall, everything was great, and we had a delightful stay.

The service incredible. We especially loved the staff's restaurant recommendation at Iwananosato Hazama 岩魚の里 峡 on the way to Tsukeji Gorge.
