Situated in Trasaghis, 24 km from Terme di Arta, HOTEL TRILAGO features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This is my 2nd time staying at the property. I booked a year in advance and it was still difficult to book the entire week in Undine. The owner Paolo was atthe front desk and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. The restaurant onsite is amazing and the best spot for dinner on the entire lake. The views were spectacular. I did not expect a spacious balcony deck with duo lounge chairs and umbrella. Air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was 35C in mid July.

Trieste 411 - Rooms & Apartments is situated in Trieste, within 1.2 km of Piazza dell Unita d Italia and 1.8 km of Trieste Harbour. We booked this one day before arrival as our other accommodation wasn't what we expected so we weren't expecting 5 star glamour or anything! The staff were great and it was easy and hassle free to check in and out, they even gave us some tips on places to go and gave us a map of the city. The room was nice, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and the bathroom was great with a brilliant shower. There was a kettle with some snacks, tea and coffee and also a mini bar if you wanted anything else (extra charge but not crazy prices). I really liked the fact that you could open the windows fully unlike with a lot of hotels where you can just barely get some air in (this could be due to there being decorative metal window bars outside for security reasons I guess), but with it being quite warm and not liking using air conditioning (which the room also had) this was great. The hotel was located just at the end of the main street and about 5/10 minutes walk from the main train and bus stations. Perfect for being close to everywhere without being surrounded by crowds and noise.

Just 2 km from Sistiana Beach, this family-run hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The picturesque Duino Castle is a 5-minute drive away. I like very much the location of the hotel in Sistiana. The beach was very beatiful. The bed had an exception quality. Espcially for us who have back pain the quality of the bed made everything very pleasant. The colorful breakfast was delicious. Before comming to the hotel we were worried about that the hotel is located near to the main street. But the hotel was equiped with a good sound proofing system when we kept the windows closed and it had a comfortable air conditioning system.
