Extremely convenient to a major roadway and to the Greenway cycle path which was the purpose of our stay. Beautiful surrounding gardens and quiet location. Excellent hosts with nothing being a bother to them. A welcome pack of fresh milk, cereal, tea and coffee was on hand ( although we had brought our own).

Offering a garden and river view, No 12 B&B is set in Dungarvan, 46 km from Christ Church Cathedral and 31 km from Tynte"s Castle. This B&B gets a big 10 from us! First of all, it was a nice arrival in a quiet neighbourhood situated on a beautiful lake. There we were welcomed by Catherine who showed us our squeaky clean rooms, very cosy and tastefully decorated. I found it very charming that there are only 2 rooms and that you are really in their house where there is a separate lounge downstairs with a fireplace where you can fully enjoy a book. Our bed was immensely comfortable and spacious and gave us 1 of the best nights! As if this was not enough, we were surprised with the very best breakfast we have ever had in a B&B and we have done some travelling! Just for the breakfast alone, we would go back and I highly recommend this very fine B&B! Thanks again for the good care Catherine and definitely until next time!
