Our time was very limited in this property but we also loved the fact that it is bit away from the city and very nice restaurant around. Also, you HAVE to do the Bromo tour with them if interested. Ali the staff is really the best you could have. everything went so smoothly and we loved it SO MUCH. Thank you for the experience 🙏🏽 we definitely recommend this place

Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!
