I found all staff members to be friendly and informative. My room was upgraded and had a lovely view of the boat basin. Everything was immaculately clean. The location was terrific, about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town or a few minute bus ride that you could get right outside the hotel. A big advantage was you could also catch the airport bus at the same close location.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, even if they are busy. Ask them for any advice, they know literally everything about the city and what to do.

Amazing hotel at an even more amazing location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The historical building adds to the overal charm. The breakfast was delicous! We also had dinner at the restaurant and had a great time. Great experience!

Most of the rooms feature a balcony and free WiFi access is available throughout the property. Amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik. It’s bit far from old down, however the private sea side is amazing! And as hotel guest, we can enjoy all other facilities in other Royal hotels, we have so many different swimming pools can choose. The room is big, makes it very comfortable when traveling. Highly recommended to people whoever visit Dubrovnik!
