The guest house as exceptionally good value for money, exceptionally clean owner contacted my in good time giving me the access no to the house and details for my room , also explained about the coffee making facilities and to help myself to biscuits.

It was so nice to be able to sit outside at one of the tables in the garden and enjoy the setting sun with supper. Breakfast was spectacular and prepared at the moment. We were not bothered by noise at night even though there is an adjoined pub. Perhaps that depends on the particular day of the week. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to help. The location requires dexterity to reach form Luton. We suggest a taxi from Luton airport if you don;t have a car.

We stayed for one night only, but had a lovely stay with a very friendly host. Beautifully decorated rooms and house. Lovely location right in the center of Woburn. Would highly recommend!

David is an excellent host, he has a genuine interest in people and puts you at ease. The breakfast is possibly the best quality we have had to date, it was delicious, with high quality ingredients sourced from specialist butchers. We were given lots of recommendations for local places to eat and visit. The house is as is shown in the photos. The bed was really comfortable and the bath was larger than normal. David's attention to detail is seen throughout, in the antiques and curiosities he has sourced for the house. A real gem, we'll be back.

It was so good i really dont want anyone else to know about it but in fairness to the staff and owners i would rate it as brilliant Thank you all so much for a great place .

James is an exceptional host and a wonderful cook too! He went way above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. I would love to return soon and will definitely recommend Poplars to anyone who needs accommodation in the area.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. I can't say enough good things about my stays at Highfield Farm. Everything from breakfast to a wonderfully comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable. I enjoyed sharing stories with other guests, as well as the hostess and staff. I was even contacted about a left-behind item. Thankfully, I had planned to return at the end of my holiday and was able to retrieve it.
