L'Esplanade Lille is set in the historic centre of Lille in front of the Citadel of Lille and a 14-minute walk from Lille Grand Place. Beautiful period building with very spacious rooms, high ceilings and large windows. We stayed three nights and our room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast room has a lovely view over the Citadel Park. We liked the location on the edge of the old town - as it was easy to walk into town but was lovely and quiet. The staff were kind and pleasant.

Located in Téteghem, 8 km from Dunkerque Train Station, La Grange du Veld provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a bar. A lovely property near Dunkirk. Philippe welcomed us personally and showed us around. The pool is lovely just a shame it was a little windy! The beds were very comfortable and shutters meant a good night’s sleep. All guests had use of a kitchen and lounge area.

Set in Boeschèpe, 38 km from St Philibert Metro Station and 41 km from Plopsaland, Tam's zolder offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Beautiful ❤️ The room is stunning, private, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely, with strawberries that were grown on the farm. We were given a wonderful, warm welcome. It's is out of the way, wonderful to switch off completely. Our sat nav sent us all over to get there. Ask I am sure that the host will tell you the best route. She speaks better English than I do French!

Located just 4 km from Jean Stablinski Indoor Velodrome, Le Domaine des Diamants Blancs provides accommodation in Croix with access to an infinity pool, an indoor pool, as well as a 24-hour front... As a solo wheelchair traveller, the location and facilities were ideal. Staff attentiveness excellent. Very helpful without being intrusive. Location is easily reached by car a few miles outside the city centre. Excellent continental breakfast which the staff happily bagged for me. Room was very large, with roll in shower and all accessible features I required (minor point: wheelchair access around the large comfy bed was VERY tight).

L'échappée flamande, a property with a garden and a shared lounge, is set in Hazebrouck, 36 km from St Philibert Metro Station, 41 km from Zoo Lille, as well as 42 km from Coilliot House. Thierry was an exceptional host with great communication, very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The property is absolutely fantastic and spotlessly clean with all the facilities we required (we knew there was no WiFi before arrival). The whole set up with the communal area for socialising, eating and drinking is a great idea. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Featuring an open-air bath and views of garden, Le Sommelier is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Bailleul, 27 km from St Philibert Metro Station. A wonderful property perfectly located between Vimy and Ypres for those visiting those sites. Facilities were excellent and hospitality was first rate. Wish we could have stayed a few more days

A recently renovated bed and breakfast in Roubaix, La Villa Barbieux offers sun terrace, private parking and sports facilities. Camille was amazing and very accommodating. The rooms are wonderful and there is a lot to do to relax at La Villa, itself.
