The location is fantastic, and the space is immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped. You’ll find everything you need, from plenty of coffee for the coffee machine to tea, salt, pepper, and even olive (or other) oil-which came in handy when I made toasts for breakfast. The loft design is beautiful, featuring a modern and cool vibe that breathes new life into the old building with its fascinating history. The self-check-in process is seamless, using just a code. The property is within walking distance of the main bus station, the city center, a lovely Kadrioru park, the port, the Rotermanni district, numerous shopping malls, and the charming NOP cafe, which I enjoyed even before my check-in (a small advice for everyone coming a bit early). Overall, I felt completely at home-if not better! I also noted the attention to detail from the owners. It seems they’ve also thoughtfully incorporated feedback from reviews, which is an excellent approach and makes writing reviews even more worthwhile. I’d love to come back in the summer to explore this wonderful city further. Highly recommend this place!

All the amenities were super nice and everything was provided. The spa that was included with the room is good, but the more silent one and with more sauna options needs to be paid extra. The breakfast was amazing! I hope to visit again.
