Nice place, easy to find, located directly on the main road to Vienna. Enough places to park a car. City centre 5 minutes drive. Room was very nice, modern furnishings, very clean. We especially liked the common room on the ground floor with kitchen, tea and coffee as well as children corner with toys.

And then the wellness area was also perfect new and clean. Great breakfast, beautiful surroundings, very quiet and peaceful all around you. Welcoming free wine also a bonus. Kitchen annex packed with everything you need. Great view of Dyje river and over the rooftops of Znojmo. There was a total silence at night in the bedroom (it's on the back side of the building). Bus stops and supermarkets nearby.
