The concierge, Yao, was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He gave many tips about local food, places of interest and transportation. He is my go-to person whenever I have questions. Other staff are also very courteous and efficient. The housekeeping staff always ensure my ice bucket is filled with ice because of the hot weather so that I can make cold drinks. The room has splendid view of the city. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. This hotel is located near several places of interest and within walking distance to famous local eateries, and City Mall. Highly recommended.

Incredibly convenient location, in the centre of Guiyang. Swimming pool was a nice escape from the heat of Summer. The breakfast was good, plenty of options for foreigners if you didn't fancy a Chinese style breakfast. Check in was easy (although if u dont speak Chinese u gotta hope they have someone who can speak English for u). Room was a good size and was clean( towels, robes etc provided). Bathroom was big and had plenty of toiletry options. The reception area had a few shops if you need anything. Behind the hotel is a wonderful snack food street with so many amazing local and Chinese dishes, would highly recommend that!
