Having never tried Romansh/ Grisons food before, dinner here was definitely the highlight. Local ingredients and unique dishes were excellent, and the owner personally checked-up on me. Seeing how much I enjoyed the local cuisine, she even brought me an extra local appetizer for free. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small staircase up to the bathroom. The overall feeling is quite homely and friendly, and within very short walking distance from Disentis' famous abbey.

We arrived late but they were still waiting for us. We were about to leave very early and we asked if they could make some sandwiches and coffee for us before official breafast timings and they also could find time to accomodate our request. We were even offered space for our car in garage. Despite hotel being next to road, it was very quiet and we had no problems sleeping. Room was very cozy and clean.
