Fabulous Room, a property with a garden, is set in Edmonton, 18 km from University of Alberta, 22 km from Fort Edmonton Park, as well as 25 km from West Edmonton Mall. The room is in the basement, side entrance. It has a huge living room with a full equipped kitchen and big fridge. There is a large TV in the living room and another TV in the room, both of them with free Netflix. Everything is super clean and it smells good. I had a very good time there and I will definitely come back. Emmanuel was making sure that I don't miss anything, he is such a polite guy.

Love to get my hands on some of the painting. The host where very helpful, as I was very green on how to book the unit. Very Cozy. Literally, just have to bring a toothbrush, everything else was provided, down to qtips and makeup wipes 🤗 Quiet, considering it's a basement suite. Quiet location, no hussle and bussel of traffic. Highly recommend.
