Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, to a level that you don't often experience. They really do their absolute best to make you feel comfortable. Plus, besides this, they displayed a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Tirana.

We had only one night here in a Premium Room with Balcony but we would have enjoyed more nights there. It was so inspiring to stay in a brand new hotel so exquisitely designed in the center of such an old city. The staff is all professional and warm, the meals were terrific (we enjoyed dinner as much as the generous array at breakfast).

I do like the concept of Loft type studio which definitely saves the space. The host did a good job with the interior, they are amazing! you will feel like its your real home coz everything you need is there except for the washing machine but they have a separate service for that and for a good price. The host is so kind, very responsive and will make sure that you'll have a great stay, the reason why i booked here for the third time. They also have a Gym😉 and the apartment is so close to the shops(as in all kinds of shops😅), even cafes and restaurant and it is also near to the bus stop. highly recommended for a solo traveller or even for a family since they have different studios. 🥰😇

We travelled 4 countries on this trip and I think this was the best hotel we stayed at. I would recommend.

Everything is new and in good state. Staff are very professional. Pool area is peaceful and relaxing. There is a shuttle to the airport and you can arrange a ride with the hotel staff very easily and quickly. Restaurant food is great and well priced for the quality. Breakfast is ok too (buffet) but a bit expensive (in case it’s not included in your booking and you have to pay it).

The hotel is fantastic, with an excellent service team. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Albania. We highly recommend it.
