Hotels staff were all very friendly and the room was very clean. Beds were very big and room was very spacious. Our room was overlooking sunset which was amazing. Breakfast was very delicious too On Ferrari Race night we even got a full set of chocolate racing car that's was so yummy.

The air-conditioned rooms and apartments feature a a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with luxury amenities. Some of the units have a balcony and views over the marina. Flat was spacious and comfortable. Rock&Roll Restaurant was terrific. Breakfast was rewarding.

Abu Dhabi Mall is a 10-minutes drive from The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. The hotel offers free WiFi in all areas along with free valet parking. Check-in process was very warm and personal, where she shared an interesting fact about the property. My 13 year old daughter even noticed this and was keen to say good-bye at checkout. The rooms are beyond comfortable, you almost don't want to leave them. The quality of the breakfast buffet really stood out as well as the food at the Azure Lounge.

The hotel was fantastic from the very beginning - both visually and service wise. Upon check in we've been upgraded to a nicer room with a nice surprise in it for our anniversary; the staff were super professional and hospitable and genuinely seemed eager to make our stay more pleasant (Ilias & John are the best!); breakfast buffet was opulent and rich with mouth-watering delicacies; the bathrobes were ridiculously soft; the complimentary water bottle service by the pool was a very pleasant surprise (not to mention that the pizza we ordered came on a tricycle), and the proximity to the airport. The hotel is so big it kind of reminds you the resorts in Vegas. Overall 10/10.
