Lovely and isolated, great service, good staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Lots of potential for increased service and a better offering. Game drives into Kruger was great and the guide did very well. Saw the big 5 in just 4 trips. Meals were excellent and very well prepared.

We absolutely loved the staff and the very warm welcome!! The accommodations were excellent. The food was phenomenal, and the chef even prepared delicious vegetarian food for half of our family! The airport pick-up staff was friendly and starting showing us animals as we drove from the airport to our lodging. The view of the river from our private patio was just gorgeous, and we witnessed a family of elephants coming down to the river upon arrival. The evening drive and the morning drive were perfect and we were able to see the Big 5… actually only 4 ( didn’t see a rhino) but we all learned so much! We enjoyed every moment and appreciated the parka jackets ( a very cold morning!) and mountain top break with snacks with the morning game drive. FYI: the morning and evening game drives are included with your stay. Highly recommend Leopard Sands for an amazing Kruger Park experience of a lifetime!

We had a great time at the hotel and it is very close to the park. We stayed mostly to go on game drives, but there was plenty to do on the property as well. Dinner and breakfasts were great and there were also options for lunch.
