    1.Operator failed to repair broken pipe in a timely manner. 2 full days NO HOT WATER! 2 NO refund or comp. 3 TERRIBLE ATTITUDE when asked when repair will be completed?!? 5 NO regard for guest safety with iced over sidewalks and parking lot due to BROKEN PIPE! 4 FILTHY BATH- Lazy housekeeping, I had to go chase them down for T.P., TOWELS,TRASH PICK UP and COFFEE UGGGG! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    Location was good for us visiting family in West Plains. Place wasn't as busy as those on the freeway so parking was no problem like others are if arriving late. Room was clean and the size was fine for two people.

    nothing, I was made to feel unimportant, told to move my truck from the far parking lot onto where they want trucks parked at but they have no signs up to display this, person at the desk was unprofessional in how he told me , instead of asking I was told
