    Parking is horrible. It was super noisy in the early morning. No elevator so w/disabilities it was hard to be on the 2nd floor. Staff was not very customer common courtesy or just friendly period.

    When we asked the front desk where we could eat dinner, he recommended Wingz, located across the parking lot. He was correct...the food was awesome! After a great dinner, we had a very restful night's sleep. Every staff member that we saw in our short stay greeted us with a smile.

    Check in was fast and easy and the person at the front desk was very nice and polite about explaining where parking was best and when check out was and breakfast times. The beds were comfortable enough for a night stay, price was very reasonable and location was great, walking distance from several businesses near by.

    The staff was friendly and fast. The room was spacious and clean overall. They give you complimentary water and snacks, which was nice from them. The place is close to restaurants (even walking distance) and it's on the main street of the city (I guess?!). Very easy to move around. Parking is free and there is plenty of it.

    An accommodation was made to ensure our rooms were next to each other. The manager was talkative, helpful with our questions and requests, and jovial with my family. Our family enjoyed utilizing the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The parking was plentiful, well lit, and close to our rooms.

    My stay here with my 3 dogs was pleasant. I made reservations in the parking lot and the clerk had a room that allowed pets. She was very helpful and nice. There is an ice cream parlor inside the hotel and it was perfect for the hot summer day. The breakfast was available up until 10:00am and that allowed me to go later around 8 am.
