The hotel has an overall nice and cozy atmosphere with candles in the lobby and a beautiful and nice touch to the lobby and restaurant, and the staff is sweet and helpful. Very nice meals to order in the lobby.
We travelled with our dogs and felt very welcome. There is also a nice walking route just accross the hotel.

The staff was super flexible when we made a very last minute booking after closing time. The apartment was clean and there was everything you could need in a longer stay too.

Excellent location since it was a bit outside Funäsdalen and away from people and traffic but still only 5min by car to Funäsdalen center and/or ski tracks. Very nice with the separate kitchen in my „stuga“, and very dog-friendly. For New Year it was fantastic that there were (almost) no fireworks nearby. Both the accommodation and the shower and toilet were clean and worked well. Happy I selected this accommodation spontaneously when my travel plans had changed.

I stayed there during Off season in October and was the only guest. Nice lake view from groundfloor level. Shared kitchen and leaving room ok if there are only a few guests. Otherwise the shared areas become pretty crowded. Unfortunatley I could not cook caused by a defect of the stove. The room feels a bit overpriced for Vandrarhem standard.
