It was a great facility, but far from Haram. A shuttle bus to Haram will ne good.

I was disappointed with the way we were treated by Emaar Royal Hotel. When we arrived we were told to go to Nozol royal inn. Whole week we couldn’t sleep properly due to noise. Nozol royal inn is poor no one in the reception would pick up phone calls. It was extremely disappointing and will take action due to the suffering we went through. Specially booking early so we don’t get disappointed but treatment was disgusting. I will take legal advice regarding this treatment.

The staff, especially the female staff at the Reception, were super courteous, spoke good English and were very helpful. The room was quite clean. Location wise, even though it's very close to the Masjid, it's a good 10 minutes walk before you can join the Jamaat because it's located in the direction of Qibla

Very clean and cooperative staff

When I first arrived, I was skeptical as the property is located in a very modest neighborohood but I was okay with the area soon after. The owner Br Abu Abdellah is extremely nice, gentle and hospitable. I felt he was carrying for me like a family member. They have a van that takes you to the haram during prayer times. Br Imad, the driver, is extremely punctual and nice. On the first day of my arrival, he took me the haram, parked his car and went upstairs to show me around, the women door to haram, where to go so I don't get lost. That was extremely helpful and valuable. The next day I went Ziraya to the Rawdah following the direction he gave me as if I lived there for years. By the Grace of God and his help, I didnt get lost and got there ahead of time. The property is extremely clean. I had a nice room. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room has a microwave, fridge, coffee and tea, TV, and all the necessities. Nice hot water in the shower area, slippers, and they really strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They out a big box of water on each level and the fridge at the entrance is full of water bottles for you to use. The staff are extremely courteous and gentle. I felt safe and part of the community within a short time frame. There are 2 grocery stores next to the location, I used one and they have everything you need (milk, croissant, muffins, juice, fruits, veggies). Masjid Qobaa is about 1k from the property and is a nice walk there. Haram is about 2.5K from this property, there is a nice path that leads you the haram. There are also golf carts you can take for 10 riyals that can take you to either masjid Qubaa or Haram. I loved my stay there, and I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity. Some people I met told me to find a hotel next to the haram next time I go to Medinah. I honestly loved the people there so much, and would definitely be back. Thank you again. Loubna from Canada.
