Even though we arrived quite late the host was there to greet us and show us around. He made sure we were settled in and sorted out and that we had no questions. The place was very clean and had all the essentials. We left very early the next morning, the Grab ride was about 20 minutes to the airport.

Staff was very helpful during the check-in process by explaining all the things to take note since I'm a first-timer. The cabin was larger than expected hence it felt less claustrophobic. The background music was relaxing and ample lighting in the bathroom & toilet area.
