The staff was both very professional, but also seemed liked they were having the best time ever. This just makes it so easy to feel comfortable, safe and overall in very good hands. Upon arrival, I was immediately offered a complimentary boat ride, bicylce and the option to rent a scooter. I loved everything; the breakfast was insanely good and I even got a bag of self-made cookies from the team.

It was in a perfect location for most of the attractions in Luang Prabang (only needed a taxi for the Kuang si waterfalls) the hotel was beautifully kept, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens were well looked after and after a morning sightseeing it was great to cool off in the wonderful pool. An old palace of the Prince that has been lovingly converted to a great hotel!
