The quality of the hotel is superb. Rooms are very big and very cozy, particularly since it was well warmed for the season (end of november). The food quality is really good. The location is perfect, at walking distance from the beach area, the major avenues and main attractions in Aktau. Next to the hotel is a shopping centre with a supermarket where you can get local products. Staff is very helpful despite some difficulties in communicating in english. The experience at the hotel is added to a very positive journey in Aktau.

Everything about this hotel is great: initial communication prior to my arrival, the facility and the location close to the Caspian sea and the nice long walk along. However, the highlight of my stay is the staff. These women at the reception made me feel at home and I was travelling alone. One woman in particular, Gulya, was so warm, attentive, helpful and determined to make my stay as pleasant as it could be, and I really enjoyed it, especially talking to her, although my Russian is very poor. I am planning to come back to Aktau and explore this wonderful region and will definitely come back to Turan hotel. Just keep up the good work and cherish all these women that work there. The owner is very kind and responsive. She can communicate in English which is very convenient. She was flexible about our arrival and departure time. The apartment is spacious, renovated, clean and comfortable. It's equipped with everything that a family can need: a kitchen, a washing machine. Very comfortable bedroom. Clean bed sheets and towels.
