It was a very pleasant stay overall. We've got a free upgrade and a warm welcome at check-in. The personnel at the front desk, consierge and restaurants was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and healthy. The room was clean, specious and equipped with everything we needed. I liked all: prior to our arrival they answered my questions; the carpark underneath was extremely convenient; we were very friendly received and even got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The first day I twisted my ankle real badly and they allowed me to stay in the room until I got picked up. The owner is a medicinal doctor and he gently wrapped up the ankle with bandage for more support. The rooms are very comfortable and great bathroom and bed. The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area but it is 2 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, et cetera. There are buses nearby so easy to get to the ‘old’ center. They even have a wheelchair, which I needed since I couldn’t lean on my foot! Lots of praise for this lovely hotel, real value for money, amd I am still amazed it only has two stars, it really is worth 5!
