Everything was amazing. The host gave detailed instructions on picking up the keys and getting to the parking. With the apartment you get free parking in the garage and beach access with sun beds. The area has a lot of clothes shops but only 2 restaurants and no grocery stores. You can bring your own food or go to the nearby supermarket and cook in the apartment.
