Lost my bank cards, rang the reception he said what dates did u stay in the hotel? I told him 31st to the 2 janaury, he said nothing was found between them dates so I said could u check and gave the names on the bank cards because the cards could of been found after the dates we stayed or someone could of found and handed my bank cards after them dates he was ever so rude on the phone wouldn't check for me told me no ?

Cosy cottage, well equipped kitchen with complimentary tea/coffee and breakfast things on arrival. WiFi, TV with all the channels/streaming which were great for the kids. It was a wonderful trip. They left bread and butter for us. There was a gorgeous stove there with loads of turf. Upstairs there was four beds set up, one was a peppa pig bed with tractor sheets which my little guy loved. The children’s room upstairs was en-suite as was ours. The place couldn’t have been cleaner. They left loads of books and toys for the children. It was lovely and quiet and they were so helpful with anything we needed. They even left earplugs there for us if needed with the dogs next door even though they didn’t disturb us at all. There was a lovely kitchen so we could cook. It was only 10/15 minutes from Kildare village. Really 10/10 we will be back.
