The hotel was gorgeous. The staff, especially Ahmed, the concierge, were so friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, tasty, and plentiful...all sourced from local farms. They offered to arrange guided tours, with drivers and tour guides, or more "DIY" experiences (e.g., seeing how the cheese is made).

More spacious than we expected with AC in the bedroom and very big bathroom.

Offered if we want to go anywhere in a tour etc he’d contact his people to get a price, but also told us no pressure at all, do your research or even book online or with someone else.
Places in Cairo for example would 100% be pushy and scam you here.
We did the hot air balloon ride through him and a Nile sunset ride. Both very fair priced, even at the competitive bottom from prices online. Not exactly sure how it compares to offers on the street, but probably very good too. Plus you go with people you can actually trust without getting scammed.
Also did a valley of the kings plus some more westbank things with a driver and guide through the host.
Nice driver, guide spoke great English, had great information (we overheard some “guides” in places basically pointing out “hey this is a rock”. You get the idea.) This one was worth every dollar. Would 100% book again if we come back to Luxor.

The staff was the most attentive hotel team I've had the pleasure of interacting with. They knew our large party by name within one day and made our entire trip seamless. While checking in we requested for an extra bed to be put into one of the rooms and it was done in less than 5 minutes! While the hotel is architecturally jaw dropping- it is the staff that truly make the space special. Mr. Mohamed, one of the hotel managers, especially made a point of ensuring our party had a special stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is a great choice if you choose to stay on the west bank with a wonderful panoramic view over Nile and Luxor east bank. Easy to cross the river by boat too. The breakfast waa great and the staff were amazing! I left some stuff in my room and got them few days after nice and sound. Good people and good budget stay!
