The view from the big windows of the studio towards the old town, the river and the castle was so beautiful that we were not bored even when staying inside the room because of the cold weather outside. The walk to the okd town was pleasant too!

First of all we would like to thank Mrs Braun and Herr von Jaruntowski for your exceptional welcome and taking care of us after our accident in Passau. The accommodation is very tasteful, luxurious and comfortable. Close to the river with various restaurants, but also nothing missing in the suite. Minibar, dressing gowns, little biscuits, lovely bathroom amenities, balcony, coffee machine, etc etc etc. Mrs Braun met us on arrival, explained everything to us and took care of us. She is an absolute gem. If you want a truly comfortable stay, this is the accommodation to book.

It was amaizing christmas time for us in this house, perfect place for kids, parking places near the house.
